TANSAN（以下「当方」）は、iOS / Android アプリ「RANKA（EASY GO RANKA）」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を直接収集することはありません。 ただし、広告配信・オンライン対戦・実績機能のために、以下のとおり外部サービス（Google、Apple）へ情報が送信されます。
本アプリの無料版では、Google 社の広告配信サービス Google AdMob を使用しています。 広告の配信・最適化のために、以下の情報が Google に送信されることがあります。
本アプリは常に非パーソナライズ広告のみを配信します。利用者を横断的にトラッキングすることはなく、 iOS の ATT（App Tracking Transparency）ダイアログも表示しません。
EU（EEA）圏内の利用者には、Google の UMP（User Messaging Platform）同意フォームが表示され、 データ収集への同意を選択できます。同意設定は、アプリ内の設定画面からいつでも変更できます。

広告除去（有料）を購入された場合、広告は表示されなくなります。
オンライン対戦機能では、Google 社の Firebase が提供する匿名認証（Anonymous Authentication）と Cloud Firestore を使用しています。
iOS 版のみ、Apple の Game Center（実績機能）を利用しています。 Game Center の利用にあたっては、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。Android 版はこの機能を含みません。
本アプリは「広告除去」の買い切り型アプリ内課金を提供しています。決済は Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）を通じて処理され、 当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
ゲームの進行状況（解放したCPUレベル等）、言語設定、広告除去の購入状態、対戦成績などは お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部には送信されません。
当方は、利用者の情報を本ポリシーに記載した目的以外で第三者に提供することはありません。 広告配信・オンライン対戦・実績機能に関しては、前述の Google・Apple 各社のポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリは、子どもを含む幅広い年齢層の方にご利用いただくことを想定しています。
初回起動時に、生まれた年を選択していただく年齢確認を行います。生まれた年の情報は お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーにも第三者にも送信されません。
13歳未満に相当すると判定された場合、広告配信サービス Google AdMob を 子ども向け設定（child-directed treatment）で初期化し、広告コンテンツのレーティングを 全年齢向け（G）に制限します。この場合、パーソナライズ広告は配信されず、広告識別子は広告のパーソナライズ目的には使用されません。 なお、年齢にかかわらず、本アプリはすべての利用者に非パーソナライズ広告のみを配信します（詳細は「2. 広告について」をご参照ください）。
本アプリが子どもから氏名・メールアドレス・写真・連絡先などの個人情報を求めることはありません。 オンライン対戦では匿名の識別子（UID）のみを使用しており、チャットやプロフィール表示など、 利用者同士が個人情報をやり取りできる機能は提供していません。
子ども向けモードでは、アプリ内課金の実行前および外部サイトへのリンクを開く前に、保護者による確認画面を表示します。
保護者の方が、お子様の情報に関するお問い合わせや削除のご依頼をされる場合は、 「11. お問い合わせ」に記載の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 本ページの更新をもって告知とします。

TANSAN ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the iOS / Android app "RANKA (EASY GO RANKA)" (the "App").
The App does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, for advertising, online play, and achievements, certain information is shared with third-party services (Google, Apple) as described below.
The free version of the App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. To deliver and optimize ads, the following information may be sent to Google:
The App serves non-personalized ads only, at all times. We do not track you across apps or websites, and the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog is not shown.
Users in the EU/EEA are shown Google's UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent form, where you can choose your data collection preferences. You can change your consent choice at any time from the in-app settings screen.

If you purchase the ad-removal option, no ads will be shown.
The online play feature uses Firebase (a Google service), specifically Anonymous Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
The iOS version uses Apple's Game Center for achievements. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. The Android version does not include this feature.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. Payments are processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and we do not receive your payment information such as credit card numbers.
Game progress (e.g., unlocked CPU levels), language preference, ad-removal purchase status, and match records are stored only on your device and are not transmitted externally.
We do not provide user information to third parties for purposes other than those described in this Policy. For advertising, online play, and achievements, the Google and Apple policies referenced above apply.
The App is intended for use by a wide range of ages, including children.
On first launch, the App asks users to confirm their age by selecting their birth year. This birth year is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers or to any third party.
If a user is determined to be under the age of 13, the App initializes the advertising service Google AdMob with child-directed treatment and restricts the ad content rating to general audiences (G). In this case, no personalized ads are served, and the advertising identifier is not used for ad personalization. Regardless of age, the App serves non-personalized ads only to all users at all times (see Section 2, "Advertising," for details).
The App does not ask children for personal information such as their name, email address, photos, or contact information. Online play uses only an anonymous identifier (UID), and the App does not provide chat, profile display, or other features that would let users exchange personal information with each other.
In child-directed mode, the App displays a parental gate before completing an in-app purchase or opening a link to an external website.

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by updating this page.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
